It does. I get fevery for Windows customization every now and then and am in the middle of one such spell. I can't really get into it right now as I don't have a reliable connection for my desktop, but am itchy to do so. Of course, I'll snap out of it and revert to as minimalistic and efficient a desktop as possible. But in the meantime...
