We were so happy when we moved from that to "They are all booked up, no more appointments, sorry."
I had one guy say "Well, what am I supposed to do if the other libraries are booked up too?!"
I was tempted to say "Do it yourself or pay for a service for once!" but instead I just turned my palms up and shrugged my shoulders safe in the knowledge that I'm moving into a small business library soon so I shouldn't let anything bother me anymore. (Easier said than done!)
